2025 Client Insights

As the silly season is well and truly upon us, somehow this year has almost passed in the blink of an eye!

Next year will see a few improvements in the way we do things together, most noteworthy are as follows:

  • Thorough roll out of our client communication system, this will be a central hub for information and conversations between us without relying on texts and emails.

  • Regular client catchups will be scheduled monthly (optional) - either via call or in person, you can use the booking platform to schedule whichever meeting method, date and time suit you best. You will receive a reminder each month to make your booking!

  • Interim service reviews (optional) to ensure we’re on the same page and any opportunity for growth and development is captured.

With the above in mind, the below form contains a few short questions and I’d absolutely love to hear your responses in planning for next year if you can spare a few minutes to answer them.
